When Rucker Mauldin was born on January 18, 1760, in Cecil, Maryland, his father, Henry, was 28 and his mother, Hannah, was 29. He had one daughter with Susannah Anne Miller in 1800. He died on January 16, 1846, in Pickens, South Carolina, having lived a long life of 85 years.
